2. Bookings & Enquiries

• Bookings must be made directly through our website, email, or phone.

• A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.

• For school or group visits, a responsible adult must be present at all times.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for our animals.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or other methods confirmed in writing.

• Donations made through our website are voluntary and non‑refundable.

• Clients must not handle animals without permission.
